The wildebeest migration begins around the end of April and moves west across the plains, reaching the Western Corridor and the Seronera area in the western Serengeti. In the southern plains, directly south of the Seronera, or in the Seronera itself, most of the migration is often visible in April and May. The Western Corridor is where most of the migration is found in June. From the western edge of Seronera to the border of the Western Serengeti National Park, there is a small area of land known as the Western Corridor. One of the places where the migratory animals are compelled to cross the Grumeti River is the Western corridor. This typically occurs as the animals start to move northward and leave the southern plains. Please be aware that seeing a crossing depends on luck.
Transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation region after being picked up from Arusha. We get to the resort in time for lunch, and then we go on an afternoon safari tour, which involves descending nearly 600 meters into the crater to see wildlife. The Ngorongoro National Park is home to a wide range of wildlife, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and enormous African elephants. These animals are sustained by a year-round supply of water and grass. The abundant population of predators in this stunning national park, which includes lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopard—which occasionally needs a trained eye to spot—is another major lure. One of the primary characteristics of the crater is Lake Magadi, a big but shallow alkaline lake in the southwest corner that we will visit. This is normally where one may observe lots of flamingos, hippos, and other aquatic fowl.
Dinner and overnight as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.
Following breakfast, we will go to the Serengeti National Park, leaving the highlands behind as we drop into the Serengeti National, the heart of untamed Africa, with its boundless plains that stretch into the horizon in all directions. We travel to the Seronera region, which is home to some of the park’s most abundant wildlife habitats. The Seronera River serves as a vital water source for this region, drawing in a wide variety of wildlife that is indicative of the majority of the Serengeti’s species. On the way to the resort, we had a fun game drive.

Float over the Serengeti Plains in a hot air balloon, an experience that only a select few get to enjoy (available at additional cost by prior agreement). gliding gently over the waking bush, over several little settlements, across rivers, and taking in the breathtaking African countryside while observing wildlife.Take a full-day game drive in the Serengeti National Park following breakfast. The Seronera area is accessible from both the Southern Plains and the Western Corridor, though the wildebeest migration typically passes through the region in April and May. Amazing resident wildlife can be observed here year-round, including lions, elephants, buffalo, gazelles, zebras, and a variety of other herbivores and predators.Discover the variety of environments that exist, such as the well-known Serengeti short grass plains, swamps, forests, and soda lakes. View enormous zebra and wildebeest herds. Most wildebeest calve for a brief period of time in February, usually lasting three weeks. Little cover is available in the sea of grass, making the young easy prey for a number of predators. Within three days, the calves of wildebeests are often strong enough to follow the herd, and they may run within minutes of birth. Dinner and overnight in the Seronera area, as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.
